If your transaction has been in flight for over an hour, it may be stuck. This could be due to a number of reasons. Superform is constantly monitoring for stuck transactions and will attempt to remediate whatever may be preventing the transaction from completing. If the transaction cannot be completed after a certain period of time, the transaction will be marked as failed, and funds will be returned to the sender.
If your transaction remains stuck for over 24 hours, feel free to submit a support ticket by clicking the "Talk to Us" button in the app, or through the Discord #help-zone channel.
