On Superform, you can use multiple tokens to pay fees, such as USDC, USDT, and WETH. The full list of supported fee tokens can be found here.
When you are connected to Superform with a wallet, you cannot pay fees with ETH.
If you see this error:
failed to set companion mode fee tokens: not enough tokens to pay fees
It means that you do not have enough in fee tokens to pay for fees. Here are some solutions:
If you are depositing your max balance, try depositing a smaller amount
Choose a different funding token
Add more funds to your Superform account (USDC, USDT, WETH).
Notes
If you are connected to Superform with a wallet (EOA), you cannot pay fees with ETH or other native assets.
Superform may ask for additional fee tokens as a buffer in case of fee spikes. Any unspent fee tokens will be returned to you once the transaction completes.
