Most transactions on Superform complete within 30 seconds. However, transactions may take longer in some cases depending on block times, slippage parameters, and other reasons.
If for some reason your transaction is not able to give the tokens on the destination chain that you were quoted, the transaction will be refunded. How long refunds take depend on the chain, but for most chains this will occur in 1 hour.
If you transaction has been stuck for more than 1 hour and you have not received a refund, reach out to Superform support for assistance.
