1. No purchase necessary
NO PURCHASE, DEPOSIT, INVESTMENT, TRANSACTION, OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. MAKING A PURCHASE, DEPOSIT, INVESTMENT, TRANSACTION, OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE AN ENTRANT'S CHANCES OF WINNING.
The Superform Pokémon Card Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is a promotional sweepstakes. It is not an investment opportunity, and it is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK inc., Professional Sports Authenticator or Collectors Universe, Apple, Google, or X.
2. Sponsor
The Sweepstakes is sponsored by ZeroPoint Labs Inc. (the "Sponsor").
Questions may be directed to Superform Support through the live chat available in the Superform Help Center.
3. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to natural persons who:
are legal residents of one of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, or Canada;
have reached the age of majority in their state, province, or territory of residence when they enter; and
are not prohibited from participating under applicable law.
Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, and Sweepstakes administrators, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible.
The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, territorial, and local laws and is void where prohibited or restricted by law. The Sponsor may require proof of identity, age, residency, and eligibility.
4. Promotion period
The Sweepstakes begins at 3:00:00 p.m. Eastern Time on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time on Wednesday, August 12, 2026 (the "Promotion Period").
The Sponsor's systems and records are the official timekeeping devices for the Sweepstakes.
5. How to enter
An eligible person may receive one entry using either of the following methods.
A. Qualifying net-new Superform mobile app deposit entry
During the Promotion Period, an eligible person must:
have or create a Superform account using the Superform mobile app on an iOS or Android device;
during the Promotion Period, use the Superform mobile app on iOS or Android to make one or more new deposits with a combined initial U.S.-dollar value of at least $100 into one or more eligible vaults made available through Superform (the "Qualifying Deposit");
not withdraw, redeem, transfer, or otherwise remove any portion of the Qualifying Deposit before the end of the Promotion Period; and
maintain a U.S.-dollar value of at least $95 attributable to the Qualifying Deposit at each Required Snapshot described below.
Balances held before the Promotion Period do not count toward the Qualifying Deposit. An existing Superform user must make at least $100 in qualifying new deposits during the Promotion Period to enter through this method. Existing balances may not be combined with new deposits to satisfy the $100 requirement.
For clarity:
only assets newly deposited during the Promotion Period count toward the Qualifying Deposit;
only deposits initiated and completed through the Superform mobile app on iOS or Android qualify; deposits made through the Superform web app or any other interface do not qualify;
deposits are measured when credited to the applicable eligible vault, using the Sponsor's ordinary U.S.-dollar valuation methodology;
after an entrant's qualifying new deposits first total at least $100, the Sponsor will measure the value attributable to the Qualifying Deposit at 12:00:00 a.m. ET each calendar day through the end of the Promotion Period, beginning with the first such daily snapshot after the $100 threshold is reached, and at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on August 12, 2026 (each a "Required Snapshot");
the Qualifying Deposit's value must be at least $95 at every Required Snapshot;
price movements between Required Snapshots will not, by themselves, disqualify an entry if the value is at least $95 at every Required Snapshot and all other requirements are satisfied;
any withdrawal, redemption, transfer, or removal of any portion of the Qualifying Deposit before the end of the Promotion Period will make the deposit entry ineligible, even if the remaining value is at least $95;
a value below $95 at a Required Snapshot for any reason—including a fee, price movement, asset depegging, vault loss, protocol event, or other market fluctuation—will make the deposit entry ineligible;
making a larger deposit, maintaining a larger balance, using more than one vault, depositing earlier, or completing additional transactions will not provide additional entries or improve the entrant's odds of winning; and
any vault made available through Superform may be used for a Qualifying Deposit, but only if the entrant is legally permitted and otherwise eligible to access and use that vault based on the entrant's location, status, and all other applicable restrictions. A vault that is unavailable or restricted for an entrant—including a stock-related vault that is not available to U.S. users—may not be used by that entrant for a Qualifying Deposit.
The U.S.-dollar value of assets will be determined by the Sponsor in good faith using its ordinary platform records, onchain data, and pricing sources. The Sponsor's determination of whether a deposit entry met the requirements will be final, subject to applicable law.
B. Free online entry
To enter without opening an account or making or maintaining a deposit, visit the free online-entry form during the Promotion Period and submit the requested information, including the entrant's full legal name, email address, date of birth, complete residential address, country, state/province/territory of residence, and confirmation of agreement to these Official Rules.
The online form must be fully completed and received by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on August 12, 2026. No Superform account, wallet, deposit, transaction, investment, or payment is required.
The residential address submitted with a free online entry is final and may not be changed, corrected, replaced, or substituted after submission. If a free online entry is selected, the potential winner must provide documentary proof of residence that matches the residential address submitted on the entry form. A potential winner who cannot provide satisfactory matching proof will be disqualified. The prize will be shipped only to the verified address submitted with the entry.
6. Entry limit and equal treatment
Limit one entry per person for the entire Promotion Period, regardless of entry method. An entrant who uses both entry methods will receive only one entry.
All eligible entries have an equal chance of winning. A deposit, account balance, transaction, account status, or customer relationship will not provide additional entries, preferential treatment, or improved odds.
The Sponsor will deduplicate deposit entries and free online entries using the email address associated with the entrant's Superform account and the email address submitted on the free online-entry form. Email addresses may be normalized for capitalization and surrounding whitespace. If the same email address appears through both entry methods, only one entry will be included in the drawing.
Entrants may not use multiple names, identities, email addresses, wallets, accounts, automated systems, bots, scripts, or other methods to obtain more than one entry. Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, automated, generated by script, submitted in bulk, or otherwise noncompliant may be disqualified.
7. Financial and technology risk disclosure
Depositing or holding assets through Superform and third-party vaults or protocols may involve substantial risks, including smart-contract risk, protocol risk, market risk, liquidity risk, loss of principal, asset depegging, network fees, transaction failure, and loss or unavailability of funds.
Participation in the Sweepstakes does not reduce those risks. The prize and these Official Rules are not an offer, recommendation, or solicitation to buy, sell, deposit, or hold any asset or to use any financial product. A person who does not wish to assume financial risk may enter using the free online entry method and will have the same odds of winning.
8. Random drawing and odds
On or about August 14, 2026, the Sponsor or an independent administrator will randomly select one potential winner from all eligible entries received.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Each eligible entry has equal weight in the drawing.
The single prize is available across the entire eligible geographic area and is not allocated to any particular country, state, province, territory, or other region.
9. Canadian skill-testing question
Before being confirmed as a winner, a potential winner who is a resident of Canada must correctly answer, without assistance or mechanical or electronic aid, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by the Sponsor by email, telephone, video call, or another method selected by the Sponsor.
If the potential winner answers incorrectly, does not answer within the stated time, or otherwise fails to satisfy this requirement, the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected by random drawing.
10. Winner notification and verification
The potential winner will be contacted using the email address associated with the winning entry. The potential winner must respond within five calendar days after the notification is sent and may be required to:
confirm eligibility and, except for a free online entrant whose submitted address is final, provide a valid physical shipping address;
provide reasonable proof of identity, age, and residency, including proof matching the residential address submitted with a free online entry;
complete any tax form or other document required by applicable law; and
if resident in Canada, correctly answer the skill-testing question described above.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond on time, is ineligible, fails verification, declines the prize, or if the prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner forfeits the prize. The Sponsor may select up to three alternate potential winners by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries. If no alternate is confirmed after three attempts, the prize may remain unawarded where permitted by law.
11. Prize
One winner will receive one PSA 10 2021 Pokémon Charizard VMAX, Shining Fates, Full Art #SV107, with an approximate retail value of USD $300.
The Sponsor may select any genuine PSA-graded Gem Mint 10 copy matching the prize description. The individual card's PSA certification number need not be identified before the winner is selected.
The approximate retail value is an estimate only and may change with market conditions. The winner will not receive any difference between the stated approximate retail value and the prize's actual value.
The prize is awarded as is and without any warranty by the Sponsor. The Sponsor does not guarantee the prize's current or future collectible, resale, or investment value. The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. If the advertised prize becomes unavailable, the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater approximate retail value.
The Sponsor will pay standard shipping to an eligible winner's valid physical address in the United States or Canada. The winner is responsible for any taxes, duties, customs charges, reporting obligations, or other expenses not expressly included. The Sponsor may issue tax documentation where required by law.
Limit one prize per person and household.
12. Prize fulfillment
The Sponsor will use commercially reasonable efforts to ship the prize within six to eight weeks after the winner is confirmed. The Sponsor is not responsible for delays caused by the winner, carrier, customs authorities, force majeure, or circumstances outside the Sponsor's reasonable control.
13. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the winner's first name, last initial, city, state/province/territory, likeness, and statements about the Sweepstakes for lawful promotional purposes without additional compensation.
14. Release and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, administrators, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from claims, losses, liabilities, injuries, damages, costs, and expenses arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or loss of the prize.
The Released Parties are not responsible for:
lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered, or corrupted entries or communications;
network, blockchain, protocol, smart-contract, wallet, hardware, software, platform, internet, email, or other technical failures;
inaccurate pricing data, interrupted service, unauthorized intervention, human error, or administrative error;
changes in asset values, vault values, collectible values, or currency exchange rates;
injury or damage to persons or property arising from participation or prize use; or
events beyond their reasonable control.
Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory rights available to residents of Canada.
15. General conditions
The Sponsor may cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, legal or regulatory change, security incident, force majeure, or another event impairs the integrity, administration, security, fairness, or proper operation of the Sweepstakes. If feasible, the Sponsor may select a winner from eligible entries received before the action.
The Sponsor may disqualify any person it reasonably believes has tampered with the entry process, attempted to obtain additional entries, violated these Official Rules, acted fraudulently or disruptively, or threatened the integrity or legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes.
If there is a conflict between promotional materials and these Official Rules, these Official Rules control.
16. Disputes and governing law
Except where prohibited by applicable law, these Official Rules and the Sweepstakes are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Except where prohibited, any dispute arising from the Sweepstakes will be resolved individually and not as part of a class, collective, or representative action. Any claim, judgment, or award will be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred in entering the Sweepstakes, and will not include attorneys' fees or punitive, incidental, consequential, or multiplied damages.
For residents of Canada, this section does not deprive an entrant of the protection of mandatory laws or the jurisdiction of courts that cannot lawfully be waived in the entrant's province or territory.
17. Privacy
Information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, communicate with entrants, fulfill the prize, comply with law, and as otherwise described in the Sponsor's Privacy Policy.
Entrants should not be enrolled in marketing communications unless they separately provide any consent required by applicable law. In particular, entry into the Sweepstakes should not be conditioned on consent to receive commercial electronic messages.
18. Winner list
To request the winner's first name, last initial, and state/province/territory of residence, contact Superform Support through the live chat available in the Superform Help Center and request the "Superform Pokémon Card Giveaway Winner List" no later than October 31, 2026.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Official Rules is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
