You can enter the sweepstakes in the following ways for a chance to win a gold bar:

App Entry: As a US resident, you are automatically entered when you make a qualifying deposit of $5 or more through the Superform mobile app starting at 12:00 PM ET on January 19, 2026, and before March 18, 2026 at 12:00 PM ET. Each eligible user receives one (1) entry.

Mail-In Entry: A qualified US resident can enter with no purchase necessary using a mail-in entry, as described in the Official Rules below.

Yes, if you've made a qualifying deposit, you can view your entry status on the Rewards tab in the Superform app. You will see a confirmation message indicating "You're signed up & will be notified."

If you don't want to participate, simply don't make a qualifying deposit during the sweepstakes period, or if you win, you can decline to claim the prize.

The Superform Gold Bar Giveaway Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Entrants are not required to be Superform account holders to participate via the mail-in entry method.

The Sweepstakes begins on January 19, 2026 at 12:00 PM ET and ends on March 18, 2026 at 12:00 PM ET (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor's servers are the official time-keeping devices for the Sweepstakes.

To enter via the Superform mobile app, entrants must complete the following:

Each eligible user will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes, regardless of the deposit amount or number of deposits made. Multiple deposits do not increase your number of entries.

Withdrawals from your Superform account during the Promotion Period will disqualify your entry.

To enter without making a deposit, print your full legal name, complete mailing address, phone number, email address, and date of birth on a 3" x 5" piece of paper, and mail it in a hand-addressed envelope with proper first-class postage to:

Each valid mail-in entry received will count as one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

Mail-In Requirements:

All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and none will be acknowledged or returned. Proof of mailing will not be deemed proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected, or postage-due entries, which will be disqualified.

Each person may receive a maximum of one (1) entry via the app entry method and one (1) entry via the mail-in entry method, for a maximum total of two (2) entries during the Promotion Period.

Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address or Superform account. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, or accounts, or any other methods, will void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified.

Use of any automated system, bot, script, or other programmatic method to enter is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

Sponsor will randomly select fifty (50) potential Sweepstakes winners from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period, on or around March 25, 2026 at 12:00 PM ET.

Sponsor will conduct screening against the Office of Foreign Assets Control's (OFAC) Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List and will disqualify any selected winners who appear on such list.

Sponsor will notify all potential winners by email with prize claim instructions on or around April 1, 2026. Each potential winner will be required to respond with their current mailing address (P.O. Boxes are not permitted) to confirm their eligibility within seven (7) days of the date notice is sent, in order to claim the prize.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to provide the requested information within the required time period, or the prize is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner forfeits the prize. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason or forfeits the prize, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Only three (3) alternate drawings will be held, after which any unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.

Quantity, Description, and Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"):

50 Prizes: Fifty (50) winners will each receive one (1) 1-gram gold bar in custom Superform packaging. The approximate retail value of each gold bar as of January 16, 2026 is $148.00.

Total ARV: The total approximate retail value of all prizes in the Sweepstakes is $7,400.00.

Gold is a commodity with fluctuating values. The value of these prizes at the time of prize fulfillment may vary from the values stated here.

The odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

Sponsor makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding the value of the gold bar prizes at the time when they are purchased and shipped to each winner, or their future value.

Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution will be made except as provided in Sponsor's sole discretion if the prize should become unavailable. In this case, a prize of equal or greater value will be offered.

Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. Winners may receive an IRS Form 1099 where required by applicable rules and regulations.

A winner is not entitled to any difference between the ARV stated in these Official Rules and the actual value of the prize at the time the prize is awarded.

All details about the prize, including design, packaging, and purity rating, will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Prizes will be fulfilled approximately 6-8 weeks after all winners have been confirmed.

Limit: One (1) prize per person/household.

Prizes are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

By receipt of any prize, winners agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies, and each such company's officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss, or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Sweepstakes and/or acceptance, use, inability to use, misuse, or redemption of a prize.

The Released Parties are not responsible for:

Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes each winner's consent to Sponsor's use of winner's name and state/country of residence for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Except where prohibited, by participating in this Sweepstakes, entrant agrees that:
